Hi there! My name is Allie and I'm a certified pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. Prior to obtaining my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Communication Disorders at Truman State University, I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. I met my husband, Josh, while in college and we spent the first two years of our marriage in Kansas City, Missouri, where I began my career as a speech-language pathologist (SLP).

I first began my career as an early childhood SLP for a school district where I conducted speech-language assessments, provided therapeutic services, and met with parents to discuss goals and progress. I then worked in the medical field as a pediatric medical rehabilitation SLP where I served children, ages 0-18, who presented with a variety of communication deficits. Prior to starting my own business, I also spent time working for a clinic that specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Although I have wide array of experience in the pediatric world of speech and language therapy, I have been drawn to serving kiddos with speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, and other articulation difficulties. I am passionate about educating and equipping children and their families with the tools necessary to best express themselves.

Josh and I moved to Superior, Colorado a few years back to be closer to family as well as to be able to enjoy the adventurous lifestyle that this beautiful state has to offer. We have loved having the opportunity to explore new places and meet new people. In our free time, we love taking Lucy, our pup, on hikes, trying new recipes, and spending time with family.
